Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Honey & Home Services website and the booking of our residential cleaning services. By requesting a quote, submitting a booking, or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Honey & Home Services provides residential cleaning, including standard/recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning, within the Greater Houston Area.

Quotes and Pricing

The instant estimate shown on our website is a ballpark figure only, based on general information you provide. Your final, confirmed price is determined after we review your submitted details and photos, and may differ from the instant estimate.

Deposits, Payment & Cancellations

Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your home at the scheduled appointment time (e.g. a key, door code, or being present). If we're unable to access your home at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.

Liability

Honey & Home Services is bonded and insured. While we take great care in every home, please let us know in advance about any fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items so we can take extra precaution. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

Right to Refuse or Reschedule Service

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, unclear access, or conduct that puts our team at risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This is a general terms template intended for a small local service business, based on the policies you described. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Consider having these Terms reviewed by an attorney familiar with service-business contracts in Texas, particularly around liability and cancellation enforceability.
